Professional Growth Cycle:

Team Inquiry Goals - from the school’s Annual Plan 2025


Strategic Goal 1: Hauora  (NELP 1, 3)

  •  Annual Goal 1:  Attendance: that 80% of children attend school 90% of the time (MOE Priority 2025)

Strategic Goal 1: Hauora (NELP 3, 6)

Annual Goal 2:  Create a school environment where all learners, whānau, and staff work collectively to ensure student success through relationships that foster engagement, belonging, and commitment to shared goals.

Annual Goal 1:  Increasing teacher capability in delivering the new Mathematics and English curriculums

Strategic Goal 1: Our Catholic Character

Annual Goal: Through deliberate acts of leadership to provide opportunities to strengthen teacher capability and knowledge in relation to delivering the RE programme as Catholic educators.


Strategic Goal 2: Student Achievement

Annual Goal 1:  Through deliberate acts of leadership, such as tracking progress over time and providing PLD. resourcing, and support to raise student achievement through deliberate acts of teaching.


Strategic Goal 3: Wellbeing

Annual Goal 1:  Through deliberate acts of leadership prioritising the well-being and hauora of students and staff at school due to the impacts of prolonged lockdowns and disruptions to learning

Student Improvement Goal: 
Goal ATo encourage increased engagement and commitment to learning with a particular focus on our Pasifika students.  
School Improvement Goals 
Goal BTo manage the challenge of staffing the school appropriately as a result of a decreasing school roll.  
Goal CTo effectively manage the development of the new classroom block (Quality Learning Environment) and related issues.
